Rutland Healthcare Support was formed in June 2008 and is currently run by a group of dedicated volunteers here in the heart of rural Rutland.
The shop provides a hiring and sales service, in an informal and relaxed atmosphere. You can browse our products in our shop or order from our extensive catalogue and get your items delivered to our shop within 48 hours.
Wheelchairs are also available for you to take away with you on holiday - please ask for details.

Rutland Rotaract Family Support Centre (RRFSC) aims to provide social, recreational, educational and therapeutic support to children and young people (0-25) with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND), and their families.
Turning Point offer a range of health and wellbeing services t increase quality of life, such as support with learning disabilities, mental health support, and help with drug and alcohol issues.
Snowdrop Homecare are a care quality commission registered home care company covering Rutland and Stamford. They have a management team with over 30 years experience working in the care sector.
SENDIASS Rutland offers free, confidential and impartial information, advice and support to parents and carers of young people aged 0-25 with special educational needs or disabilities (SEND) as well as young people themselves.
They can offer you advice and information on key issues like Special Educational Needs and provision. We can also offer support on Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments and Plans and matters relating to social care and health.
They can also give you practical support with tasks such as:
Understanding complicated documents and reports
Attending meetings with you to ensure your views are heard
Information and advice on subjects such as:
Education, health and care plans (EHCP)
Education, health and care needs assessment process
Finding out about what support is available near you (the local offer)
